What age can my child start Taekwondo?
At High Kick Taekwondo, children can start as early as age 3 in our Little Dragons program.
We also offer kids martial arts classes for ages 5–12 and teen/adult classes for ages 13 and up.
Each program is designed to match the student’s age, attention span, and skill level.
Do you offer beginner martial arts classes in Sayville, NY?
Yes! Beginners are always welcome at High Kick Taekwondo in Sayville, NY.
No previous martial arts experience is needed. Our classes are structured to help new students learn at a comfortable pace while building confidence, focus, coordination, and discipline.
