BELT PROMOTION

Special note to parents: please try to keep siblings & friends quiet as our students will need to focus when going through their belt promotion. Remember that on promotion day you will not see everything a student has learned. It will consist of their form/poomsae, kicks, sparring, board breaking & other misc. items.

WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE CLASS

Date: Dec 6th
Time: 6PM - 7PM

Learn to protect yourself and your loved ones with simple and effective techniques. This FREE class is open to all women and teenage girls ages 12 and up. The class is active, so come dressed in comfortable clothing!

During this workshop you will learn some basic hand strikes, blocking actions, kicks and simple ways to escape from grabs or holds. We will focus on safety awareness, evading assault, and self-defense skills.

Signup sheet s in the lobby. Please signup number attending and any holiday treats you would like to bring to share! We will be having a Nerf Party. Bring your own nerf guns or use ours. Everyone must wear protective eyewear. We have goggles to wear or bring your own.
